You'll enter Cocketts through the rear porch with a bench and hooks for keys and coats.

Through the porch you'll enter the fully equipped Kitchen with cooker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The Kitchen has two doors, one to the utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.  Off the utility room you'll find the downstairs shower-room with oliver shower Wc and hand basin. The second door from the kitchen leads to the Sitting Room which has three sofas, a woodburner in the inglenook fireplace, smart TV with freeview, a DVD player, some books, parlour games and a child's desk.
